PropertyPulse provides the platform "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from property transactions, tenant disputes, or maintenance issues. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi. We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice.
